SHIPPING INFORMATION:

Please allow 5-7 days for processing and shipping. All shipping is provided via DHL/USPS. The cost of shipping is dependent on the value of your purchase.

RETURN POLICY:

-Return packages must be postmarked no later than 14 days from the date of original receipt. -All Products must be unused and undamaged, in orginal packaging (whenever possible) and with hangtags (if any) attached to ensure a full refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy. -When shipping a return, you must include a copy of the packing slip and write on the bottom portion of the slip the reason for the return. -All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommed that you use UPS or an insured parcel post for your return. CODs or third party billing will not be accepted. -Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase within 30 days of our receiving your returned product.

DAMAGED GOODS:

At KJ CLOTHING CO. quality control is very important to us and we do everything possible to ensure our goods are shipped in premium condition. We ask that you inspect your items thoroughly upon receipt. In the case of a damaged or defective item, please notify us by e-mail within 3 days of receiving the order, at info@wilenlosangeles.com to be eligible for a refund. Any manufacturer damage claims sent in after 3 days of receiving the order will not be considered for a refund

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents.
